A chilling story from the real life: be careful about whom you let in you heart

One of my friends decided to get a soul mate in the house. The only point was that this soul mate was a bit animalistic – a lizard of an exotic species. This miniature dragon softened his sole being in a though cold-blooded but still hearty manner.
One day my friend, let’s call him Phil, came back home after a hard working day and as usually played with his scaly friend, when the latter decided to bite painfully the master’s finger, even drops of blood appeared. Phil surely became furious and in temper threw the lizard away roughly. Though later he felt sorry about his roughness and started exhorting the “pet”, like: “what are you, reptile, doing! I am feeding you, watering you, and you are biting me in return, it is not nice from you.” Keeping on pouring out his resentment Phil went to the bathroom, washed and bandaged the wound. The miniature dragon clattered after him guiltily as if understanding its being wrong. It was looking at the master with unwinking protruding eyes and later followed him everywhere around the flat, having moved Phil to pity by this: “what a clever animal” – was Phil’s thought.
Moreover when Phil went to bed, the Draco lied by side and kept its eyes glued on Phil, as if asking for apologies – this completely beat Phil. The latter fell asleep in the kindest disposition that there are creatures really loving him. In the morning Phil found this full of love creature on the same place – lying by side and gazing at him. The problem was that the arm was completely blue and the hand was a watermelon alike. With no alternative Phil addressed a doctor. The latter proved to be an advanced medico and found on the web an article on the topic. As it was found out this particular lizard species was eating meat of the gross animals, killing them with its poison. Since the lizard is small and the animal is big enough, the poison has a delayed effect and the Draco has to follow its prey everywhere until the future food dies.
    Phil managed to survive.
The lot of the lizard keeps being a secret for me…
Take care and do not take exotic animals to your home and your heart until you know what food they prefer ;)

    Travel, trust.
Trust. This is a difficult point for understanding. Our children surprise us when trying to argue with us and immediately agree with strangers passing by. Such attitude irritates me a lot but to look at the matter from anothet point of view - we, mature people, often make mistakes, relying on our partners or new friends that managed to won our favour.

I began thinking: "which Companies can be relied on if you want to travel, for instance, to Dubai or to Greece". To chose a local travel company in London or to search for one on the web.

What do I want to get from this choice?

Fist of all I do not want to pay big money for services of A company if I can get the same result with B Company. So the price matters.

Any trip, even by car from the office to my house is connected with certain risk. I do not want to take chances especially when I travel to another country. Here is the question: will you discuss prices with a nice looking extraterrestrial in case the latter offers you a travel to the edge of our Universe?
